HK week 2: THE NY OF ASIA

Sometimes being a model is not too bad. For example when you get invited to a Sunday-yacht-afterparty, (actually to a group of yachts connected in between),
somewhere with no phone reception whatsoever,
a real danger to be eaten by sharks whenever you jump into the water,
a good DJ,
food&drinks...
Exciting!

The view when approaching HK at night, after such a nice day, can be breathtaking as well......not as much on the picture than it was live

Alternatively (in case you don't get lucky enough to go to a yacht party),
you could try to "achieve" the same breathtaking view by taking the STAR FERRY between Tsimshatsui and Central.
Around sunset the view is truly romantic, and it costs only HK$3, (around 0.30€!)

...and (in my experience) depending on the company, it might be MORE enjoyable than a yacht!


As I recently read/heard somewhere:
"BIGGER is not always BETTER! BETTER IS BETTER!"
*LMAO*

So it is not about "HOW MUCH and WHERE" it is more about "WHO WITH"...
*I miss my "old" friends back in Europe so so so much!!!!*

But enough distraction, back to the point:

Seeing these pictures, you could have almost thought:

"WOW, this looks like the NEW YORK of Asia!"

And you probably think right, before you:

-got lost and realized that you are in...ASIA ASIA!

or
-before you realized that eating chicken feet is not only a myth!
They actually DO eat chicken feet!

As well as that the huge cockroaches actually DO fly!
I know it sounds naive,
but I didn't believe it before I actually had the misfortune to see it.
And, unlucky enough, despite my hopes in the opposite:
HUGE COCKROACHES DO go even UP TO the 26th floor...
where I happen to live...

But well, Asia, has many positive sides, such as:
FINALLY you are in that mythic "MADE IN CHINA" -paradise,
where THINGS are MADE (obviously),
and therefore much much much cheaper!
SO THAT
FOR LESS MONEY YOU GET MORE
AND BIGGER IS BETTER
AND BETTER is BIGGER
and BETTER IS BETTER
MORE IS MORE

...and your SUITCASE SEEMS TO GET SMALLER and SMALLER each day
but they sell suitcases here as well...
Hong Kong is for bargainers!

And if you thought they have only poor quality stuff, you will be surprised, that, actually, there are also very good stuff as well!

DOES ANY OF THAT MAKE ANY SENSE?!?!?
NO?
GOOD.
