4weeks to gooooooooo

Thanks God for the cameras integrated in mobiles phones to remind us where have we been, what have we done...
In fact:
my memories are pretty much based on the pictures snapped with my phone!
You just can't memorize everything in this life, can you!?

Ok, i have to admit something:
Hong Kong started growing on me!
Slowly, but it is getting there...
I start feeling comfortable, i don't mind the smell on the street. I don't mind the rude people all around. I don't mind the noise of the air-conditioning at night!
I started seeing the good things, the good food, the good people, the GOOD life!

Let's start with the ONLY good thing in this model flat:

Each model flat has one good thing: sometimes it's the blender, sometimes the oven, sometimes the shower..sometimes the GYM or the pool..
here (unfortunately) none of those..
but we've got a STEAMER to iron our clothes! Such a luxury item!
(See, you just have to learn to see the positive side in every bad thing)

We call this cute lady "THE PONYTAIL".
Her fruit stand is just around the corner from our flat and she has really good fruits and makes us fresh MIXED JUICES!
So this is a normal conversation here:

A: Where did you get your pineapple?
B: From the PONYTAIL.
A: I bought this huge mango from her yesterday. It was sooo good!

I thought myself, how to open a coconut without having a particularly sharp tool around, which technically means that I can survive on a desert island!!!!

Feather Boa

After taking this picture the staff ran to me:
"no picture, no picture and the music no copy no copy"
The ambiance is nice and cozy, French style!
But why do Chinese always think that people would copy anything they'd copied themselves from someplace else...
Jeeeeeez

Hereby I officially address them:

Dear Peoples Republic of China, Hong Kong and Macao,
We, proud Europeans, DO NOT COPY things! We invent them!

THANK-YOU-VERY-MUCH!

My mom just asked me: What are those pictures? Are you on a holiday there?!
Jeeez
She doesn't get it. Nobody does.
I WORK.
This is my job, ok!?
It is not easy! It takes a lot of sacrifice and strength
to be far from home,
far from your family,
far from those you love most!
It might sound ironic now, but I swear I seriously mean it!
